Katy also serves on several boards including:

• Pratt School of Engineering Board of Visitors at Duke University

• Portland Art Museum Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Chair of the Investment Committee

• Jesuit High School Board of Trustees

• Elevate Oregon Board of Directors

Katy’s previous board membership and advisory experience includes:

• Chairman of the Oregon Investment Council, which oversees the investment of the Oregon PERS funds

• Columbia-Willamette YMCA Board of Directors (10 Years and Chairman for 2)

• Cascade AIDS Advisory Board

Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business form Pepperdine University as well as an MBA in Finance from Willamette University.
